Steel works

Steel Works is the UTS way of getting strong – we live by our moto: ‘it’s not bodybuilding; it’s what bodies were built for!’.

Steel Works sessions are where you will learn the correct technique for every type of resistance training exercise imaginable, as you build technique and skill, you will build strength; and before you know it, this will be another session in which you are pushed to work hard, work meaningfully, and achieve results.
