MRT – Metabolic Resistance Training

Often imitated, never bettered! UTS is the home of Metabolic Resistance Training – a term which has now become commonplace all over the world.

Another UTS staple – this circuit is the perfect progression for those who are regularly working at level 3 during the Underground Circuit and want to develop their technical skill (levels 3-5 are coached in this session).

This is a technically and physically challenging session – ideal for those that want to push their fitness to new levels, and is a session favoured by those who love to Obstacle Race (we have many podium athletes from Spartan Race, Tough Guy, Tough Mudder, and Survival of the Fitness amongst our Tribe).
