Afterburn

Another UTS circuit statement which led to an industry-wide frenzy of imitation. Afterburn is all about inducing excess post-exercise oxygen consumption – which leads to an increased metabolic response in its wake: which means that more fat as a fuel is burned.

This is another session which requires a relatively low technical ability, but high levels of determination as we use a variety of different training methods: our coaches push you to do more than you ever thought you were capable of.
